Many years ago, I was invited to a Scentsy party at my sister in laws. I was gong for her, not to buy anything. I hadn't even heard of the product. However, I ended up buying a night lite warmer and some wax.
That was when my addiction started.
Over the next several years people I would know from work or friends of friends or even family members of patients would bring brochures and samples. I would just buy & buy and buy. At one point, I had asked my husband what do you think about me selling Scentsy, he said you do whatever you want to honey. So, I did a little research and I CHICKENED OUT. A year later I met Sherri G. at a show. We talked for a while, I asked her how many warmers do you have in your home right now, she just looked at me but she did answer. Then I said, well I have 14 warmers in my house and 204 bars. She told me you need to be selling. Because why pay me for something you can earn money on. She gave me a join packet and the rest is history.
I had zero sales experience when I joined in April 2015.
Since joining I have grown to truly respect our owners Orville & Heidi Thompson. This company is very family oriented and they have the best support around. When you join it is a new family or in my case an expansion of my family.
Scentsy is my passion. It is what makes me smile and be happy. It is also my only job, so I work on my own terms and I make my own hours.
